Good advice! As an amateur just figuring all this out, I could go on and on about e.g. various and sundry predators, diseases, nuance of chicken behaviour. Suffice to say that after an initially discouraging few months of learning the ropes, we’ve enjoyed our backyard chickens immensely, highly recommend to city and country folk alike.
